Description: Building core strength – hangin’ out on the floor. We’re rocking from front to back, then back to front. It’s just 6 moves – but it’s going to burn!!

Description: Agility = playing with speed and quick direction changes. Get ready to think like an athlete. Get ready to train like an athlete. Get ready to burn massive calories!! Let’s GOOOOOO!!!

Workout Length: 40 minutes


Description: Fat blastin’ cardio – all focused on the core! What could be better than that? We’re spiking our heart rate in powerful cardio moves, and supersetting that with core. Time to WORK!

Workout Length: 32 minutes


Description: Endurance = Just Keep GOING! Modify if you need. Slow down if you need. But do not ever give up on yourself. Just. Keep. Going. We’re challenging and training endurance in this workout today – and it is EPIC!

Workout Length: 18 minutes


Description: Mobility = the range of motion a person has in their body – more specifically in their joints. It’s vital to train mobility and keep your joints active and moving. Daily living becomes easier. More efficient. Pain free. So let’s work it!
